François KILLIAN • Pianist

A versatile musician, Francois Killian shows a a career as a soloist off the beaten track.

In 1973 he enrolled at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique in Paris where he pursued comprehensive piano and music writing studies. He began his career on the Munich ARD International Piano Competition 1981. He returns regularly to Germany to enthrall audiences with his talent.

Francois Killian could orientate his career towards original selective choices. He recorded a vast number of pieces still underestimated of the public.

Member of different chamber music groups of the trio has the octet he seeks to diversify continually his musical repertoire in solo and in piano concertos and chamber music.

He transcribes successfully various pieces of classic music anf famous hits.
